Your salon services are reserved especially for you and we ask that if you must reschedule or even cancel your appointment, please provide us with 24 hour notice. By allowing us this time, we are able to adjust accordingly and possibly accommodate guests that are on our waiting list. Knowing that LIFE does happen, we understand that unavoidable issues arise. If last minute cancellations/reschedules or even “no shows” become habit, we will need to enforce our 24 hour cancellation policy. If you cancel/reschedule within 24 hours or just don’t show up for your scheduled appointment, we will need a form of payment on file in order to book future appointments. If you cancel/reschedule or no show you will be charged for the full price of scheduled appointment.
As a courtesy, we do have a reminder system in place. We will either send you a text or email to remind you of upcoming appointments 2 days prior. We also call all unconfirmed guests the day before for a verbal confirmation. If we are unable to reach you we will leave a voice mail, if possible to do so. Please understand it is your responsibility to remember your appointment date and time. You are always welcome to reach out to us to double check any appointments you are unsure of.
Product Return Policy
Here at Green with Envy Salon and Spa we guarantee all of our retail purchases. If you are not completely satisfied we will be happy to exchange those products purchased here for any other product in our salon. If there is not a product that you need at that time, we are happy to put a store credit on your file for a future retail purchase.
